Refund and Returns Policy


Customer satisfaction is our utmost concern and number one priority.

How to request a return:

If you wish to return an item, please submit your return request within 30 days of purchase. Enter your email address and order number to submit a return request. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Please be advised that we are not responsible if you inputted the wrong address, order quantity, or color after submitting your order. Please make your selections carefully.


If an item has been shipped from our warehouse in a damaged or flawed condition, accepts 100% responsibility for that item.

In the event, you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, or short shipped, please note the following:

    • Contact our Sacoter Customer Service within 3 days of receipt by emailing with the order #, items, and quantities damaged.
    • Photos of the shipping box and damaged product(s) must be submitted, along with details of the nature of the damage.
    • Damaged product must be returned to the warehouse within 30 days to receive credit.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You can check your order status online at any time to see if we have received and processed your request.

To ensure your return is processed, please include the following information:

    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Reason for return

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility.

We currently only ship to specific regions and if you are not located in that region we will refund your purchase and will not ship.
